Privacy Policy
Mount Olympus Project
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Mount Olympus Project is operated by Steve Jepperson of Sandy, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: jeppersons@gmail.com or plato@mtolympusproject.org.
Information we collect
- Phone numbers for text messages. If you personally ask us to send you text messages — for example, by telling Steve Jepperson or his assistant Jessie, in person, by phone, or in writing, that you would like to receive texts — we store your phone number so we can send them.
- Contact information you give us. If you email us or contact us through this website, we keep your name and email address so we can reply.
- Basic website data. Like most websites, ours records standard visit information (such as pages viewed) through WordPress and Jetpack statistics. This is aggregate information about visits, not information that identifies you personally.
How we use it
- Phone numbers are used only to send the text messages you asked for: notifications, reminders, project updates, and occasional photos, sent by Jessie on behalf of the Mount Olympus Project.
- Email addresses are used only to respond to you.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or email address with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
Your choices
- Text messages: Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also ask Steve or Jessie directly at any time and your number will be removed.
- Deletion: Ask us at the email addresses above and we will delete your phone number and contact information from our records.
How we protect it
Phone numbers and contact information are stored in password-protected accounts and are accessible only to Steve Jepperson and his assistant for the purposes described above.
