We’ve hit a major milestone in the Mount Olympus Project — and this one’s worth celebrating. The core engine behind ADA, our AI-powered math tutor, is now fully live and accessible from anywhere in the world.
🚪 Multiple Doors In — Any Client Can Talk to ADA
Whether you’re:
- a student logging in from a tablet at home,
- a teacher launching a classroom session,
- or an external system testing a new AI experience…
ADA is listening. The system can now reliably accept and respond to requests from any web-connected source — no special software required. It uses ngrok to open a safe, secure tunnel from our local server to the cloud, so any client can start a conversation with ADA.
👋 Meet a New Student — And Set Them Up in Seconds
The first entry point is now live and working:
When a new student is introduced to ADA, a full record is created automatically — not just their name, but also establishes their goals by referring published curriculum standards and creates table entries to monitor ongoing progress. It also checkpoints major events and summaries each session for future reference.
This means that the “meet and greet” is more than a friendly hello — it’s a formal registration. ADA remembers who you are and is ready to help from the very first moment.
🧠Behind the Curtain: Real Records, Real History
Every student interaction is now stored in a MySQL database — a real, reportable backend. That means:
- âś… ADA can retrieve student names and progress at any time
- âś… Session summaries are timestamped and stored
- âś… Administrators or educators can later generate reports or check learning history
And yes — we ran these tests both locally and over the internet to prove it works.
🛠️ Why This Matters
This isn’t just a test — it’s the foundation for something big:
- An AI tutor that actually remembers you.
- A system that any device or app can tap into.
- A future where real 🛠️ Why This Matters
- With the ability to maintain detailed student records — and robust tools to access them — we’ve laid the groundwork for something far more powerful than a simple chatbot.
This gives us the power to:
- Develop custom learning profiles for each student
- Adapt teaching strategies to fit a wide range of learning styles
- Offer personalized support based on real session history
- Ensure continuity, even across devices, time zones, or classroom changes
- It’s not just about storing data — it’s about building a system that grows with the learner.
- This foundation means ADA (and future tutors like her) can offer real, meaningful engagement — not just once, but over time.educational records live behind the scenes of your learning journey.
