TL;DR: Today I pulled every god, prompt, image, and workflow I’d been building in scattered places into a single, ChatGPT‑native file structure. I wrapped it in one container—Mount Olympus—so I can spin up characters, run tests, and iterate like
I’m stepping into a Star Trek holosuite.
It’s not magic. It’s discipline, structure, and momentum.
Why this matters
For months I was developing characters and tools in separate sandboxes. Powerful—but fragmented. The recent upgrade to ChatGPT enabling it’s new agents adds a architecture we can exploit .
In today’s milestone: unification. Everything now lives in one predictable place, speaks the same language, and can be called up on demand. That unlocks speed, reliability, and the detailed infrastructure to create a truly immersive environment .
What I accomplished today
- Unified file structure.
All gods, prompts, voices, images, and test phrases now sit inside a single Mount Olympus directory tree. I can audit, swap, or version anything without hunting. - Single “container” concept.
Mount Olympus is the wrapper. Inside it, I can stage Plato, Athena, Twain, DOT, or others—alone or together—without breaking context. - Reliable prompts and test anchors.
Each character now carries a unique Anchor Test Phrase so I can confirm the prompt loaded and the persona is active. Quick, objective sanity checks. - Voice and image readiness.
Placeholders are identified; finished assets are stored consistently. I can swap voices or art without touching core logic. - Operational discipline.
The structure is boring on purpose. Boring is good. It means I can move fast without surprises.

It feels like a holosuite from Star Trek because I can instantiate complex, living scenarios from a clean library—instantly, repeatably.
The adventure I’m on
I’m trying to prove that long‑form, Socratic, re‑entrant learning with memorable AI mentors is not only possible—it’s practical. Students should return to the same mentor over weeks, not five‑minute micro‑lessons. That requires memory, standards alignment, summaries, and honest reporting teachers can trust.
Today’s consolidation is a big step toward that.
Reality check (no sugar‑coating)
- Voice models will keep shifting as vendors update tools.
- School deployments bring guardrails, privacy, and policy work.
- I need real classrooms and real teachers to test this properly.
- Although the SchoolAI solution has better tools already developed in this area
None of that scares me. It just means the next mile is about partnerships, not prototypes.
What’s next
- Classroom pilots. Middle–high school civics, philosophy, advisory.
- Teacher dashboards. Clear session summaries, progress snapshots, and “what to try next.”
- Character hand‑offs. Plato → Athena → Dionysus without losing the thread.
- Voice alignment. Tighten timing and emotion so speech matches intent.
Two weeks out: FOR SOME OF the controls I’m waiting for
Some of the controls I need—binding a specific voice to a specific prompt/persona, tighter persona properties, and other developer levers—are slated for the upcoming Dev Day announcement.
On the calendar, that’s August 10, 2025 (two weeks from today).
Knowing this, I’ve already collected voices, images, and other assets so I can snap them into place the moment those controls land. In practice, this means the whole system should spin up quickly on the new revision.
In the meantime, I’m simulating: running each part as if those switches already exist, validating behavior, stress‑testing the prompts, and proving the workflow end‑to‑end. When the official controls drop, I swap the placeholders for the bound settings and keep moving.

- Container:
Mount_Olympus_full/is the top-level wrapper. - Agents: Each character has its own folder with
prompt.txt,images/,voice/,docs/, and a unique Anchor Test Phrase for validation. - Prompts and context and related history can be swapped in and out with detailed logging
- Discipline over cleverness: predictable names, predictable paths, versioned checkpoints. That’s what makes this scale.
Closing
I don’t know exactly where this goes next—and that’s the exciting part. Each layer I add opens three more doors. For now, the holosuite is open, the characters are alive, and the work is ready to meet the real world.
Dev Day on August 10 will be a hinge point. When those controls arrive, the simulations become production.
